What time are player props added to the tool?

Player props populate in the Props Tool as we gather odds from around the market. There is no set time this occurs, but here are some general guidelines as to when they'll be posted.

NFL: Some books offer props a day or two in advance, with most offering props the morning of the game

NBA, MLB & NHL: Some books offer props each morning, though props become widely available in the early afternoon.
